 My name is Susan and I live in the southern Costa Blanca of Spain-inland from Alicante in the area of Aspe. I have lived in Spain for a number of years and prior to that I lived in the South West of England in Bristol. I moved to Spain with my husband Gary for a better quality of life, and have definitely found it! A much more relaxed and sunny lifestyle, I just wish I had done it years ago! We both work full time but working full time over here is so different to doing so in the UK. I worked for 5 years with one of the largest property companies in Spain, and am now doing so independently. During my years of inspection trips, it was obvious to me that many people would prefer to view the lifestyle and the properties independently and not on a bus with lots of other people all wanting different things!! Upon reflection…the missing link in all of this was the one to one personal...relaxed…no pressure…informative and honest down to earth approach. Plus...there is no such thing as a FREE inspection trip!! Ksera is that missing link, and I do much more than just sell you a property.
